FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
If something isn't covered here, we're happy to talk it through before you book.
- What happens during a visit?
- We start with a relaxed conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like to be able to do more comfortably. From there, your session is built around gentle movement, flexibility and general well-being — and, if you'd like, relaxation techniques. Everything moves at your pace.
- Do I need a referral?
- No. Evergreen offers general wellness services, so you can book directly online without a referral or paperwork.
- Is this physiotherapy?
- No. Evergreen provides general wellness, movement and relaxation services only. We do not provide physiotherapy, rehabilitation, assessment, diagnosis, or any regulated health service, and our visits are not a substitute for care from a licensed health professional.
- Who are these sessions for?
- Adults who want to move more comfortably and confidently — including older adults, retirees, busy professionals, and family members arranging support for a parent.
- What do I need at home?
- Very little. A clear space roughly the size of a small rug, a sturdy chair, and comfortable clothing. Everything else is brought to you.
- How long is a visit and what does it cost?
- Every service is 90 minutes for $90 CAD, including travel within the service area. A Grand Opening Offer is available for the first 20 clients.
- Where do you travel?
- Charlottetown and nearby communities on Prince Edward Island. If you're a little further out, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
- Can you work alongside my health professional?
- Our services are general wellness only, and we don't direct or replace any care you receive. We always recommend speaking with your physician before starting a new activity.
